This is your Biggest weak spot.](/discussions/when-are-you-going-to-update-the-lease-portion-this-is-your-biggest-weak-spot) The way I get around the lack of a complete Lease is I use Apartments.com for the application and lease builder, it's the best I've seen so far. But like most users, I only want to use one software to manage my properties. Thank you for sharing your experience! We're constantly improving and taking customers' feedback into consideration. The Lease Creating section is a high priority, and we're going to re-build the flow in the future to make it more convenient/easier for everyone. Right now, we're gathering feedback and suggestions, so we'd really appreciate it if you share your ideas, by submitting an "idea-ticket" straight within the system and sharing your vision regarding leases, and accepting online applications. In the meantime, TenantCloud provides a great possibility to build a Lease Agreement straight within the software: via easy Copy/Paste flow or uploading the PDF. And manage the document in an advanced way with auto-fill elements, E-signatures and the ability to customize the documents according to your needs. So the deposit figures given in rnd are not always correct. How can we ensure that it is in sync with whatever happens to deposits in our accounting software? Hi Susan, Thank you for the question. Here's what you can do: You need to make the deduction in RnD and let it sync to your accounting software. Although it does depends what type of deduction it is and if you're using Xero or QB (QB doesn't sync refunds). If you create a document in your accounting to handle this deduction, there is no way for this document to be synced to RnD. Hope this helps!
