Since the platform is free to use, how does it generate revenue? Are there any hidden fees or premium features that users should be aware of? We make money through small transaction fees paid by tenants. ACH payments incur a $2 transaction fee, and credit/debit card payments incur a 2.99% transaction fee. Additionally, tenants cover the cost of screening reports ($30-35). This system enables us to offer our platform free of cost for landlords.
