Would love the option to survey employees before ordering swag and not have them go through the checkout process.

Hey Justine - we've had that request come through a couple times, and it definitely would be helpful. We do have a service called the iBuy that acts as a pre-order sign up link. It's open for a period of time, after which we close the link and only make the items that were ordered. It doesn't function exactly like a survey, but depending on your use case, could solve the challenge. We'd be happy to walk you through it! Eric

With our tight CRM/MAP integrations, you can track operational performance (product deliverability) and campaign performance (response rates) right in your CRM/MAP. Create CRM/MAP reports or use our out-of-the-box Salesforce Attribution Dashboard to get complete transparency into how direct mail and promo items influence opportunities and revenue.

We use Salesforce, synced with Marketo, to do attribution and calculate ROI on our PFL Tactile Marketing Automation spend. In our case (B2B) we measure new pipeline created. It works so well we have numerous programs running at any one time. Do NOT use TMA just to send a mass direct mail. It is the orchestration and personalisation made possible by our Marketo combined with PFL that is the key to high ROI. And don't forget the basics of marketing: the message you deliver is as important as the channel.
