We’ve been using Slack to coordinate a fully remote team working on SEO, content, and growth projects. It’s been solid for communication, but I’m trying to make it more structured and less chaotic. Right now we’re doing: Dedicated channels for content, SEO, backlinks, and product updates Daily async check-ins instead of meetings Sharing dashboards, keyword research, and content drafts directly in threads The challenge is keeping everything organized as the workload grows. Important insights (like keyword wins, content ideas, or backlink opportunities) get buried fast. We recently started documenting and organizing these learnings outside Slack into a central system so the team can actually reuse what works instead of losing it in chat. Curious how others are handling this: Do you rely fully on Slack, or pair it with another system? How do you prevent knowledge loss in fast-moving teams? Any workflows or setups that actually scale? Would love to hear how other teams are solving this.
