Hello, I am looking for someone whom can work 10-20 hours a week for approx 1 month to help with building out some custom reports and dashboards in Sage Inacct. We are fairly new to the system and looking to build it out further.

Hi Andrew. Thanks for posting this question. I'm not sure that this is the right platform for questions like this. Comments on G2 are for prospective customers to ask existing customers or the Sage Intacct product experts questions related to their experience or how the product works.

I have invested with some scam brokers in the past, and the story is as horrific as the ones i have read because i went through the ordeal myself. I lost almost $140,000, to this unfortunate brokers, there a friend referred me to a recovery firm that got me 90% of my money back, plus my accrued bonuses. Have you gotten your bitcoins stolen from your wallet or invested in an ICO that turned out to be a scam, you are not alone because this happened to me too. I'd like to set up a separate module/support cases and portal to use as a ticketing center for an internal helpdesk for my IT Department.

I'd like to set up a separate module/support cases and portal to use as a ticketing center for an internal helpdesk for my IT Department. How would I go about setting that up? And can I customize it to make it look like a nice webpage or interface when users want to check the status if their tickets? I'd like users to be able to submit requests via email or a portal, or through the ERP. But I want them to receive email updates when their ticket has been updated/changed/closed, etc. Basically, I want it to be used like any other ticketing software out there. Has anyone else done this? How did you do it and what are your thoughts? Thanks in advance!
