I would love to make more videos with animated characters. Can they be customised?

My final file looks like 3.6 MB size and I couldn' t reduce the size of it, even I added smaller size/quality images? Other question: If I unsubscribe from premium, can I still be on the free product with an option to share the file following that? Issue originated that the file is too big so no option to put it on the webpage for download access. I will not write ebooks every month so I will not need the premium subscription continuously. But when I need it I am happy to have the variety of the design features so I have no problem occasionally have the premium and pay for it when need only.
