How do I send Shopify product review emails?Once a user purchases a product, I want to send them an email 7 days later asking them to review a product.

You can send order follow-up emails for customers who bought your products and ask for feedback. You can set up your order follow-up messages to automatically go out a few days or weeks after they’ve made their purchase.
Also, you can track reviews that are left about your company or product and then send emails to those customers. Omnisend has integration with tools that are tailored for tracking product reviews (like Yotpo, Loox, Stamped). You can create automated emails and include events such as a new review from customers and then create a trigger to send emails for those customers.

Is there any function to integrate a live chat on our website with omnisend?The live chat function will be great as it will have all the information linked to omnisend as well, we can see customer's behaviours, tag them and see their past orders. It would be a very good 1 stop platform to see customer's orders and tags.
