So the agency plan is focused on agency specific features:
a. Sending automated reports to clients
b. Sending lead notifications to multiple clients
c. Limiting access to different subaccounts so clients can only access their specific account but not others
d. Ability to integrate with multiple marketo, salesforce, hubspot etc accounts. This is required as you will have to integrate with each clients marketing automation and CRM tool. (Outgrow has over 35 native integrations, as well as webhooks and the option to add a custom integration)

I am Christine from the support team! You can always customize a template from our template library inside our editor and save your edited version as a new template as well. You can also create your own template from scratch using our editor and save it in our template library in order to use it in your future campaigns. Same applies to the imported templates, but in that case you can only edit your HTML code from the import campaign tab.
