The native eCommerce platform is already live in public beta and available for use. They are constantly releasing new features and improvements, and I would argue that with the recent release of bulk export/imports, it's already very close to having the same feature set as Ecwid (the third party store).
I believe the goal is to have it complete by the end of 2023.

Hi! You can check using the buyer's purchase behavior if they have made at least some purchase in a specific period of time.
If no purchase was made, you could check their email addresses to know if the address looks real. Then you can unsubscribe by status if you rely primarily on your campaigns than automation.
And since you can't send campaigns to your 'non-subscribed' contacts, you can unsubscribe them. This is also an excellent way to manage your contact list since you usually don't send emails or SMS to them.
