Unlike most modern vendors who encourage the client for independence and growth, SFSF protects it's partner by limiting access to "provision access", even for simple tasks such as some fields or reports customization. That highly increases the ongoing support to be timely and costly.

Privacy is something we take seriously, and it's one of the reasons Prodoscore was built the way it was. The platform does not read the contents of emails or documents, capture screenshots, or record keystrokes. What Prodoscore measures is business application activity (i.e. which business tools are being used and for how long) across the platforms your organization has already deployed. The data is visible to employees and their managers, so there are no hidden reports or surprise evaluations. Prodoscore does not capture personal websites or local applications.
Organizations set the tone for how Prodoscore is used, and we encourage transparency as a core part of implementation.
