Yes, EPX can create users in webSuite to allow each location to view its own reporting individually. EPX can also create a division user ID for the franchise owner allowing the creation of consolidated reporting or individual reporting for each location, as desired. Reports can be scheduled or generated on demand for selected locations or aggregated to include all locations. EPX webSuite provides a comprehensive selection of web-based reports that focus on areas such as chargebacks, returns, and charges. Dynamic reporting provides focus for up to 5 hierarchy levels, allowing you to mimic your unique business structure.

Yes. All fields submitted with a payment are searchable. The franchisee can search within their activity or the back office can drill down on the location to assist. Typical searches include invoice number, customer name, cardholder name, date, or the last 4 digits of the card number. EPX provides 10 user data fields that can be customized to store the information that is important to your business. These custom fields enable you to create meaningful tags to associate with a transaction to facilitate later searches or the creation of custom reports through the EPX webSuite Reporting Tool.
