You match you position to one that is the best fit to one in Salary.com's database. If it is a blended position you can match to a few and indicate the % of each. You can then assign a scope based on company size and location to ensure modifiers are applied to consider those factors. Then you run the analysis and Salary.com or CompAnalyst will provide a detailed job profile with salrlary ranges that would apply to the position, with comparisons to what you are currently paying, your countries ranges and your defined scope ranges.
