Backup agents can be deployed via the centralized console. And those backups can be saved in a location of your choosing. The platform gives clear visibility into hardware, software, and vulnerabilities, and the ability to run scripts across multiple devices saves a huge amount of time. If I had to point out areas for improvement, I’d like to see more granular role‑based access controls, deeper reporting customization, and additional integrations with ticketing and security platforms to streamline workflows even further.
