Which level of approvals does In Mind Cloud support? Which workflow routing is possible?

In Mind Cloud supports Matrix Approvals and Multi-Level-Approvals with multiple rules to be used in parallel if needed. An approval API can connect to external 
systems via script. Workflow Rules can be based on any datapoint of a quotation, line item, product or account to cater to even the most complex business scenarios.

Can I integrate my existing CRM into the Digital Sales Platform? Which third party CRM integrations are supported?

3rd party CRM systems such as SAP Hybris can be integrated so you can capture all relevant information like Accounts/Contacts, Opportunity, Quotes and Products there too.
