This is particularly focused on the field of genetics. Genetic-association studies are quite common these days to identify risk factors for diseases. The principle is based on variation and correlation which should be doable in XLSTAT framework. I wonder if they can incorporate any such function to facilitate geneticists.

Hi Luqman. XLSTAT Association rules function is mainly used in marketing to investigate associations between products in consumer baskets.

Is there a way to integrate XLSTAT with Apache Spark? Can we use it for the analysis of streaming data.

Hi Amit. It is not possible to connect XLSTAT with Apache Spark for the time being.
