Do you contact the leads yourself or email them again. How do you reach out to people who have not responded to your initial campaign

You can increase your conversions by taking the lead sheet and then following up with phone calls and direct mail pieces or even add them on LinkedIn, to stay in front of your prospects. Or you could also use the list to create lookalike audiences for retargeting or Facebook campaigns.

You can automatically get more callbacks in account settings. Contact us to add a call pack at the rate for your plan ($0.99/callback STARTER; $0.85/callback PRO) When you reach your monthly limit, LiveCall will automatically add 200 callbacks on Pro plan, 100 on Starter. Unlike monthly callbacks plans, these callbacks will stay with your account until you use them. They will only be used after your reach your monthly limit. This means if you have unused callbacks from an add-on, you can use them even 1 year later when you exceed your monthly plan.

Only calls lasting more than 5 seconds after your lead picks up count as a callback. You will never pay for the time the phone rings. You also won’t be charged if a call lasts 5 seconds. This guarantees you only pay for real calls, not answering machines.
