What is TrustYou used for?

TrustYou provides customer experience management, a customer data platform, and AI-powered chat services to travel, hospitality and real estate companies. They have three platforms, including: 1. The Customer Experience Platform (CXP) provides review and survey analytics and review responses and enables first-party survey creation and distribution. 2. The Customer Data Platform, which aggregates customer data from Property Management Systems, the CXP, and other sources and then enables revenue analytics and marketing audience creation and distribution to various marketing tools, such as Hubspot, Mailchimp, or Twilio. 3. chatAI is an AI-powered agent that supports various use cases, such as a booking assistant that improves the booking funnel and a guest assistant that supports guests before, during, and after their stay.
