I gave them an option to use either one of the two forms and asked them to delete the one they didn't want. I do that with google slides. Can I do the same thing with Kami? Sorry! Let me be more clear. I sent I doc using Kami. the document had three pages. They will have to use 1 page out of the two the need to work on. The third page is the one with the instructions. In the Kami app, open your profile menu by clicking the circular avatar at top right of window. Select Settings, and in the popup, look for "Change Profile". Here you can switch from Student to Teacher. Save your new settings and it will then all work fine in Teacher mode.
