Thank you for your question, Aaron! We definitely understand the value video calls now have, especially for remote learning. This is something we are looking at and is a feature request we have with our Technical Team. If this is something that we are able to implement in the future, we will be sure to let you all know. How do I upload documents?](/discussions/29307-will-there-ever-be-a-feature-to-print-out-a-copy-of-text-messages-to-add-to-a-student-s-file-how-do-i-upload-documents) Sometimes, if needed, when there is an issue with a student and there has been communication with the parent, we need to add this to the file. Thank you for your questions, Stephanie! We are working on improving the ability to print and/or export engagements. Currently, you can easily export a call/message log by going to History, but we know that isn't an option for the actual conversations. Hopefully, this is something we can resolve in the near future. As for uploading documents, you can easily do that by going to the Student Card and clicking on Attachments. Here, you can upload PDFs, pictures, or other documentation that you find helpful or insightful for that student. I hope this answers your questions.
