Hi Vincenzo, thank you for your question! A huge benefit of Ziflow is everything is built in HTML5 and mobile responsive so no native app is required and you can work directly from your mobile device / mobile browser. You can absolutely @mention other reviewers from mobile. The process for this is the exact same as doing it from your desktop. Simply open the proof, start your comment and add @ followed by the reviewers name, select the reviewer form the list, complete your comment, then send. Exporting a proof list view from your dashboard is also possible from mobile. It too is the exact same process as doing so on your desktop. In your dashboard view, select the arrow to the right of the proof view selector, then select Export View. This will generate and email you a .csv file of all the proofs in that particular view. Hi Louise, this is a great question! I’ve seen Ziflow users leverage Intake Forms in many creative ways, managing briefs being one of them. Intake Forms can be configured to submit files or text to create a proof. Additional information can be added (e.g. job number, client information, content type, etc…) to help with brief management and organization. Also, a workflow can be instantly applied alerting action takers that a new brief was submitted and requires their attention.
