If you import your clients via an excel spreadsheet, you can add a column called 'status' and assign the customer the proper status label for lead, customer, VIP, or custom status. Once imported, to change the automation actions for changing 'Lead' to 'Customer', navigate to Settings \> Client Card & Forms \> Client Status. If within your app you can setup a link to a booking page or embed an iframe. The challenge would be coordinating and loading the correct booking resource.
