Question on: SafetyCulture
[SafetyCulture vs Fulcrum for a field operations team that needs digital inspection forms, photo documentation and real-time reporting without a lengthy rollout?](/discussions/safetyculture-vs-fulcrum-for-a-field-operations-team-that-needs-digital-inspection-forms-photo-documentation-and-real-time-reporting-without-a-lengthy-rollout)

For anyone here who's evaluated both **SafetyCulture** and **Fulcrum** : which is better for a field ops team that needs digital inspection forms, photo documentation, and real-time reporting (without a rollout that eats a quarter)?

They're two of the leaders in[](https://www.g2.com/categories/inspection-management)[inspection management](https://www.g2.com/categories/inspection-management), and they share a lot: mobile-first forms, offline capture with automatic sync, photos attached at the question level. On G2, they have identical ease-of-setup scores, so "lengthy rollout" shouldn't be the fear with either.

Where they pull apart:

- [**SafetyCulture**](https://www.g2.com/products/safetyculture/reviews) is inspection-native. Template library, corrective actions raised mid-inspection, and reports are its highest-rated features in the data. If the deliverable is an inspection report someone acts on, this is its home turf.
- [**Fulcrum**](https://www.g2.com/products/fulcrum/reviews) is field-data-native. The strongest data-capture score in the category, with photos, video, audio, and GPS on every record. Inspections land on a map, tied to locations and assets. Its center of gravity is geospatial, which is either the killer feature or irrelevant to you.

The simplest way I can frame the decision: if inspections _are_ the job, SafetyCulture; if inspections are one stream of location-tagged field data among several, Fulcrum.

From your read, which one holds up in practice for a team like this and is there a third option that beats both for this exact mix?

I’d also compare:

- How fast a supervisor can build and revise a form
- Whether photos stay tied to the exact question or asset
- How easy it is to raise and track corrective actions
- Whether managers can drill from a dashboard into the original evidence
- How much setup is needed to compare teams, sites, or assets

Question on: HSI
[Is there any plan to be rolled out an improved mobile app version?](/discussions/is-there-any-plan-to-be-rolled-out-an-improved-mobile-app-version)

Hi Doneafae Team, It would be great if Donesafe release an improved version of the mobile app that covers modules capabilities and features with an attractive interface like the other mobile applications in the market. Thank you. Regards, Masoud

Hi Masoud, Thank you for your feedback! Donesafe is a cloud-based software that can be used on any smart device, on any web browser. It has all our module capabilities and is optimized to a mobile screen. This will suit any needs of a mobile user, but I will definitely share your message with our development team! Cheers, Caitlin
