Objectives and key results (OKRs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are goal-setting frameworks for measuring performance, productivity, and profitability. Businesses use OKR software or data visualization tools to visualize, track, and measure achievements against business goals. OKRs help companies set, track, and modify measurable and time-bound organizational goals. KPIs are standalone, high-level performance metrics that summarize progress toward desired outcomes. Businesses use KPIs to measure progress and OKRs for direction and context.OKRs and KPIs have many differences despite their complementary use.

[How can I prevent my check in data to get reset multiple times while updating](/discussions/how-can-i-prevent-my-check-in-data-to-get-reset-multiple-times-while-updating)

When you do check-ins, it will ask you to confirm before making changes. Please ensure before saving that it is not updating the OKR incorrectly.

[How do I know the overrall performance in the year for the 15Five Continuous Performance Management?](/discussions/33027-how-do-i-know-the-overrall-performance-in-the-year-for-the-15five-continuous-performance-management)

Such as the following data statistic: How many projects did I finished in the year? Are the projects finished on time? What's the main issues for the projects in the year?

Check the performance review cycle

Answered: Avornyo Godsway on May 2, 2026

Hi Davi, 15Five has a pretty good reporting function (https://www.15five.com/reporting/) by individual, reports, team, groups, etc. You can see completed priorities (which are typically short-term items) as well as objectives, which are probably closer projects. Reports can be run for custom date ranges and will tell you how many objectives you own as well as objectives that are owned by others but that you contribute to. For priorities, you can see a percent completed on time. For objectives, you can see which and how many are on track vs. behind. Objectives are also broken down into Key Results, and each Key Result has its own measurement (x of y, % done, $, etc) and in the report you can see how close the metric is to being done. That's where you can see what the issues are keeping an objective from reaching completion. Following the OKR methodology, those are all quantitative measurements. Qualitative data is captured as comments in the 15five or in the objectives themselves. I hope that helps!

Question on: 15Five
[Keeping the same priority week to week.](/discussions/30380-keeping-the-same-priority-week-to-week)

When I am doing my 1-on-1 check-in I would like to keep the same priority from one week to the next without having to re-write it out. Is this possible?

You are able to do a 1-click repeat same priority for next week, but I'm unaware of any way to save it as an automatic priority for every week.
