Is it possible to send pdf reports to someone who is not necessarily a user?I want to send pdf reports of a maintenance inspection but the email or phone number is asked right at the end of the service, is it possible to do this?

If possible, there are two ways: if they are fixed emails, you can do it from the Bot's settings; if they are emails that can change, you could place a selectable field on the screen that will be sent, so that the Bot can take it from there.
