What are three applications of IBM Watson?

Really anything where a human would normally need to be interacting in a call centre or replying to emails and you want to enhance the human's capabilities or provide more resource to allow better communication. The main reason is to enhance customer experience, use as part of HR function, intelligent interactions on a web site to answer questions, navigating internally within a business, answering internal or external questions and engaging with people across multiple platforms.
