On average, our technology helps to sell multifamily residential new developments 78% faster, than before. Buy-side agent use case: The agent has captured a potential buyer and now has to find propositions according to the buyer's needs. In Propertymate, the agent has access to all properties on the market, and we help narrow it down before manual selection process at the end. Using Propertymate the agent can do it in seconds, and focus more on communication and closing the deal.

Multiple listing service (MLS) software, also known as internet listing service (ILS), lets real estate professionals display property listings in customizable areas. This tool also enhances the search capabilities and visibility of listings through advanced sorting functions as well as convenient and clear summaries of the property on a publicly accessible database. Many MLS solutions offer the feature to list according to property types, such as residential or commercial. However, property managers and agents often use these solutions to display separate residential listings, including apartments, flats, and condominiums.

These solutions offer resources and tools for property managers to track their listings, field applications, and other property listing and advertising-related tasks.
