Each process document has it's particular permission. When designing the process and creating the document, yo can set the document permission, normally it should be necessary that the user is part of the process, but if you create a link for it, the link created would allow any user to access a document if the permissions for the group/process apply

ProntoForms categories each form as "Form Submissions". These can be exported into .csv files with all your questions and underlying details about the form as well. Device info, location, datestamp, etc.

I haven't found a need to use Fulcrum for this purpose.
