I haven't had any issues exporting report information. Once thing to keep in mind, though, is that the reports are CSVs, so any edits and you'll need to save them as an Excel. Tip: I have an Excel file that I copy the various reports data into so that I can maintain my preferred formatting and column headers.

Hi Joshua, There are many different approaches you could take but here is our suggestion. You could first leverage automated insights like heatmaps and behavior flows as you can get insights from this right away when you start recording. Then you can go deeper and set up custom events to get a better idea of what is going on and use those events for funnel analytics. You may even be able to identify issues from the behavior flows and can then find out what is happening by using funnels to track the same route. We hope this helps!
