I Tested 10 No-code Development Platforms: My Review as a Proud No-coder
Over the past 10+ years, I have managed websites across industries such as car insurance, pet insurance, digital media, e-commerce, and more, all while working with limited developer resources. Hence, utilizing no-code and low-code development platforms has been key to my success.

Automation and Collaboration in Focus at Salesforce’s TrailblazerDX 2022
Salesforce’s TrailblazerDX (TDX) 2022, a Salesforce developer conference at the end of April, featured a plethora of forward-looking statements, demos, workshops, and dancing mascots. Much was said and shown, but automation and collaboration were key themes at both TDX and the preceding analyst summit. So how does Salesforce's messaging line up with what software buyers are asking for?

Trends 2021 Followup: No-Code And Low-Code Market Signals
It’s been over six months since G2 published its 2021 digital trends series. That means more than half a year ago, my fellow analysts and I put our most overconfident hats on and called some shots for our respective B2B software markets.

Site Reliability Engineers and the Software That Supports Them
Digital transformation efforts have become more like digital transformation mandates in the tech world ever since the COVID-19 pandemic made working from home the new normal. This has meant a rapid change in the B2B software landscape (although when has that not been the case?) as vendors rise to meet buyer demand for collaborative, hybrid technologies.

Question on: HCL Domino
I've been able to use REACT to modernize my Domino applications in Version 9 – what's different in Domino V10?Domino V10 and REACT

First, the Domino AppDev Pack 1.0 is our intended path to Node.js as a development framework for full stack web development, which includes many JavaScript libraries for building user interfaces such as Angular.js, Vue.js and React.js.
Second, the Domino AppDev Pack uses a high performance, open source RPC protocol called GRPC that delivers significantly faster throughput than existing Domino APIs.
Lastly, as we transition to a development model inclusive of alternate databases such as MongoDB with Node.js and React, we have added a Domino Query Language (DQL) to make developing applications easier. This new functionality is embedded in Domino V10.
Domino Query Language is designed to provide a straightforward syntax for accessing Domino data using simple to highly complex terms and is available for a variety of programming languages and platforms. You can integrate with any Node.js environment via the domino-db package and Domino AppDev Pack using high-speed GRPC protocol. Additional features are to come.

Question on: HCL Domino
What are the main reasons to upgrade to Domino V10?Domino V10 Value
Show More
We can divide Domino’s benefits into the following four areas:
1) Security - Cumulative security updates including GSKit, JVM enhancements, and greater ease configuring SAML federated identity providers (IPDs).
2) Extended value – Realize returns from investments in new Domino applications, exploit modern, readily available Node.js-based full web stack development skills, integrate Domino data, business logic and processes via the IBM Domino AppDev pack, and extend existing Domino apps with data from any REST accessible service from LotusScript.
3) Go mobile without coding – Consider deploying your existing applications as mobile-ready solutions using the new IBM Domino Mobile Apps offering. In less than an hour, leverage your existing investments and access your Domino applications without any code changes from an Apple iPad — either online or offline. Enhance those applications with the iPad experience, such as turning on access to the smart tablet’s GPS and Camera capabilities in your solutions.
4) Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) – Domino V10 increases many of the traditional database limits, adds auto healing capabilities, and provides sample Docker scripts that aid in deployment and management in both on-premises and hybrid environments. These enhancements reduce the amount of time an administrator spends on Domino.
