Totally unreliable service. I requested for a refund which they did, but with a shortfall of $$$$. When I requested for an explanation, they provided a whole lot of excuses like check with my local bank; which I already did. NB: Which legit company doesn’t have a contact number . I’ll never use this platform or recommend it to anyone

Live streaming to Instagram is only possible with the IG mobile App. Since Facebook owns IG, we believe this feature will be soon available and we will be happy to help our customers stream to Instagram.
