In case of a natural disaster, or acts of God, VanillaSoft has a disaster recovery facility whereupon the system can be transitioned to ensure continuity. Because of our cloud-based hosted architecture, VanillaSoft can scale to a nearly unlimited size in terms of data and users.

I have been using VanillaSoft for over 6 years. It is extremely reliable. Downtime is not an issue. On occasions when it has occurred it is quickly addressed and on-par with outages experienced with other cloud-based solutions (AWS, etc) --- extremely minimal, uptime exceeds 99.99999

Unlike most software-as-a-service vendors who require annual commitments, our agreements are month-to-month with the option for longer terms. You would start with the license to VanillaSoft itself and add on additional functionality as needed (VoIP, Dialing, Recording, & SMS). All pricing is per user per month, quoted in USD, beginning with an admin/caller combo($100/month). Each additional caller is $80/month. For each caller, or admin/caller, you can additionally add VoIP ($33/month-unlimited calling in the US and Canada), Dialing($30/month), Recording($30/month), and SMS($20/month)
