How do I run payroll on ADP?

Follow these steps: Log in to your portal Click the big blue link that says " Run Payroll" on your Home Screen It will take you to another screen It will ask if you want to run on or off cycle. You can click off cycle Next, manually in put how many hours that employee worked that week or weeks. Your implementation specialist should have assist you with inputting how much that person makes hourly or salary. If not in their insert in the tab what that person earns $. It will auto calculate for you . Next, click submit payroll. It will then show the amount of money required to have in bank to process the payroll. You agree and click. Then you are done.

To run a regular payroll in RUN Powered by ADP®, follow these steps: 1. Go to “Run Payroll.” Access the “Run Payroll” option from your desktop dashboard and select the appropriate pay frequency. 2. Enter or confirm payroll details. Verify employee hours, earnings and deductions. If your account is connected to time tracking software, these hours will appear automatically. 3. Select “Preview Payroll.” Review a summary of all payroll information before submission. 4. Review current payroll details. Confirm that all employee pay amounts, taxes and deductions are correct. 5. Select “Approve” and confirm. Finalize your payroll for processing. 6. Review payroll reports. After approval, the “Success” page will display links to view and download payroll reports. If you need assistance at any point, contact your service center by phone or chat for support.
