[What is the most affordable job description management tool for SMBs?](/discussions/what-is-the-most-affordable-job-description-management-tool-for-smbs)

Hi everyone! I want to start a discussion focused on affordable job description management tools for SMBs — lightweight to run, easy to templatize, and friendly on budgets. G2’s category has a few that punch above their weight for smaller HR teams without a heavy admin lift.

These are some of the top-rated options on G2’s [**Job Description Management**](https://www.g2.com/categories/job-description-management) category:

1. [**BambooHR**](https://www.g2.com/products/bamboohr/reviews) **:** Broad HR suite that includes JD management — nice if you want JDs tied to roles and org data. For cost-conscious teams, did bundling HR + JD replace multiple tools?
2. [**RUN Powered by ADP**](https://www.g2.com/products/run-powered-by-adp/reviews) **:** JD basics inside a payroll/HR stack — good for very small teams that prefer one vendor. Did the integrated approach prove more affordable than a separate JD tool?
3. [**100Hires**](https://www.g2.com/products/100hires/reviews) **:** Template-rich JD creation with quick posting and automation (resume parsing, reminders). For SMBs, does the time saved on posting and updates outweigh any add-ons?
4. [**Hireology**](https://www.g2.com/products/hireology/reviews) **:** Strong for multi-location hiring; keeps JDs consistent as they flow into recruiting. If you’re running lots of similar roles, did templates and approvals curb creation time and cost?
5. [**Wizehire**](https://www.g2.com/products/wizehire/reviews) **:** Fast JD drafting with wizards/templates and quick posting — great for small teams that need speed over complexity. Is the out-of-the-box setup “good enough” to avoid consulting spend?

If you’re an SMB, which tool felt most affordable all-in (licenses + setup + time saved)? Any hidden costs to watch (user caps, posting limits, templates behind higher tiers)? Drop your experience, and I’ll update this list with real-world picks.

For SMB teams, which of 100Hires/BambooHR/Hireology/ADP RUN/Wizehire ended up **cheapest all-in** after add-ons (user seats, posting limits, templates)?

[What is the best platform for managing large job description libraries?](/discussions/what-is-the-best-platform-for-managing-large-job-description-libraries)

Hey G2 community! I’m polling for the best [**job description management platform**](https://www.g2.com/categories/job-description-management) to manage large job description libraries — think version control, templates, reviewer workflows, and easy publishing at scale. Below are the top-rated products in G2’s Job Description Management category right now; I would love your first-hand takes on how they handle thousands of JDs across roles, locations, and levels.

1. [**100Hires**](https://www.g2.com/products/100hires/reviews) **– Best for High-Satisfaction JD Creation + Posting:** 100Hires leads the list and pairs JD creation with job board distribution and simple workflows — useful for teams standardizing language and pushing updates quickly. Curious how it handles bulk edits across large libraries.
2. [**BambooHR**](https://www.g2.com/products/bamboohr/reviews) **– Best for Centralizing JDs Inside a Broader HR Suite:** BambooHR's HR platform context can help tie JDs to roles, performance, and org data while keeping descriptions organized for managers. How well do its templates scale across multi-entity environments?
3. [**Hireology**](https://www.g2.com/products/hireology/reviews) **– Best for Multi-Location Teams with Recruiting Ties:** Hireology blends JD management with recruiting workflows — handy if you need consistent, location-aware descriptions that flow straight into hiring pipelines. How robust is versioning when HR and hiring managers co-edit?
4. [**RUN Powered by ADP**](https://www.g2.com/products/run-powered-by-adp/reviews) **– Best for Small HR Teams Wanting JD Basics in Payroll/HR:** RUN sits inside a payroll/HR stack—good for smaller teams that want baseline JD management connected to core employee data without another standalone tool. Does it meet your library governance needs as volume grows?
5. [**Wizehire**](https://www.g2.com/products/wizehire/reviews) **– Best for Template-Driven, Fast Publishing:** Wizehire shines for templated job content and quick posting—great for keeping many role descriptions consistent across departments. How flexible are custom sections and approval steps at scale?

Have you managed a **large JD library** on any of these? What helped most — bulk updates, review/approval flows, or reusable templates? If there’s a sleeper pick (e.g., JDXpert, JDMS by HRIZONS, Salary.com) that handled governance/versioning better for you, drop it below and why you’d choose it again.

Would you also consider a free option? I was looking at this list to choose from: https://www.g2.com/categories/job-description-management/free

Question on: ADP Workforce Now
[How will Reporting courses improve and will there be improved modes of communication?](/discussions/adp-workforce-now-how-will-reporting-courses-improve-and-will-there-be-improved-modes-of-communication)

Reporting courses from iLearn and all the Bridge content are outdated. As a practitioner, I find that it's more helpful for the Reporting rep to give me details on how they run and help clients with a report for Learning tips and tricks. Also having experienced the Pro Summit I realize that if The Bridge offered chats like that - to ADP Pros that can assist as we work through our kinks - it would vastly assist professionals to build confidence and usability in how we handle our day to day businesses and tasks

Hello! Thank you for reaching out, we appreciate your feedback! The Bridge for ADP Workforce Now has multiple report support functions. Here are a couple: Forums - For questions and discussions including general support for Payroll, HR, & BTS and advanced support for reporting, time & attendance.
