Question on: SPS Commerce Fulfillment EDI
[Do you plan on communicating new updates on the platform to your customers?](/discussions/30207-do-you-plan-on-communicating-new-updates-on-the-platform-to-your-customers)

Sometimes I login in a hurry and notice that an upgrade has been made to the platform. Do you plan on letting your customers know before the roll out of a new update before it goes live? It can help us be prepared and revise the changes before logging in the next time.

Hi Juan, Thank you for your feedback. Updates to Fulfillment are posted when new features are released. If you have questions, you can always reach out to our support team from that chat feature in Fulfillment.

Question on: TrueCommerce EDI
[How do you know what you are paying for? How was the usage calculated?](/discussions/28165-how-do-you-know-what-you-are-paying-for-how-was-the-usage-calculated)

How do you calculate the Kilobytes per document? How is the usage calculated? Breakdown of charges on invoice?

They have a detailed usage you can access to in the portal.

Answered: Brian C on October 16, 2020

Hi, they charge by 'kilocharacter' which essentially is how most EDI platforms base their invoicing. They give you a price model based on projected usage and then estimate how many kilocharacters you'll need. The initial invoice and then usage invoices are very detailed and your account manager can always speak to them.
