What personnel requirements do I need to support the AI & Machine Learning functionality?

I have been using virtual button in few of my application to make it more engaging with the user, while it provides the functionality. It still needs a big marker and sometime the markers are not recognized in best lightning conditions possible I would like to understand how Virtual button works.
