Did you experience the same, how do you deal with motivating your users to keep using the solution when this happens? We do experience connection issues at some sites and locations, and the project teams tend to switch to MS Teams & Cisco Webex. I'd like to avoid this. I generally explain key differentiates like Merged reality, Telestratition, remote zoom and freeze features. On the cost effective side, standardized work instructions enable frontline workers to perform at a higher quality, while the augmented instructions help you reduce the skills gap in the company so you’re much more efficient at on-boarding workers, directly affecting cost. On the upside, if you are in the service workforce, you can extend a set of instructions all the way into your dealer network and to your customers that allows you to get better repair times, driving lower warranty costs and overall top-line revenues go up based on that.
