Question on: Paycor
[Can we go back to a Dedicated Customer Service Rep?](/discussions/25211-can-we-go-back-to-a-dedicated-customer-service-rep)

A Dedicated Customer Service Rep that would learn about our business and build a long term relationship based on trust, quality customer service, sense of urgency.

This would be a huge benefit from my perspective. Every time we call with question, it would be helpful to get someone who knows us.

Each Client has a Service Team of 2-4 people depending on the products purchased. In addition, you also have a Client Support Manager and a Client Success Manager. If for some reason the team doesn't help, you can go to either of these people (or both). I have not had any issues with our team!!

You should be able to have a dedicated service rep. We currently use Paycor, and I have a name and number of our service rep; however, if I am in a time-sensitive situation when I call in for help, and my rep is busy, I can elect to speak with the next available rep. They are knowledgeable, and if I reach a "trainee", they consult with an experienced rep to get me the best solution to my issue.

Im having to manually keep up with employees time and hours because we get paid 2 weeks back but, our accruals want come out until the last day of the month because thats when the pay for the 1st falls in place.

Hi Steffan, Thank you for reaching out regarding accruals. I have passed your feedback on to our Customer Success team so they can reach out. Have a great day!

Answered: Rachel Maner, CDMP on November 26, 2019

Stefan, Sorry. We don't use accruals so I can't be of any assistance. Best of luck.

Question on: Visier
[What is the best way to use My Reports with the Planning Analysis outputs?](/discussions/30447-what-is-the-best-way-to-use-my-reports-with-the-planning-analysis-outputs)

I am working on creating an analysis on the planning outputs, wanting to utilize the My Reports function to create a one-analysis-fits-most, managing other requests by exception. Is there an easy way to do this, or do we need to train folks to apply their filters every time? Thanks!

Hi Elizabeth, I believe that when you refer to the ‘My Reports’ function, you’re referring to the two concepts that will allow you to quickly filter to employees who report to you: the ‘My Direct Reports’ concept filters on employees who report directly to you and the ‘My Reports’ concept filters on employees who are in your supervisory hierarchy. For example, when you try to filter or group a metric by ‘My Reports’ you will see a short pop-up description explaining that My Reports includes the employees in your supervisory hierarchy. I think that you’re asking whether or not you can have that filter automatically applied to the analysis. The answer is yes, it can be automatically applied after you add charts to your analysis. To do so you need to select Employee as your driving subject. Then you can add the ‘My Reports’ filter. When you do this the filter will be applied to the analysis for all viewers. If your plan is used as the driving subject you can have filters on the plan dimensions as well. If your plan has the org hierarchy you may be able to filter using the ‘My Reports’ filter, but this has not yet been tested. For more information about the Driving Subject setting check out http://guides.visier.com/en-us/Analytics/analyses%20room/Analysis%20Editor.htm#TheDrivingSubject If others would like to provide their insight and feedback we’re always looking to improve!
