Chambre requires basic smartphone know how, a little curiosity, some motivation and a few hours of training can easily enable your staff to use Chambre. You can train your staff in-house or request us for training sessions. Refer Staff Training.

Chambre provides Chat and notify option for guests, for the conventional guest who does not use the application there is a central desk dedicated for receiving calls. Most of the information should be available at the desk, however certain queries can be passed on department HOD’s.
