Question on: Dialpad Connect
[Why is the hold music so bad? Why is it "essential"?](/discussions/hold-music)

Hold Music

We thought exactly the same thing...so we tried something a little different. Listen here... https://www.uberconference.com/holdmusiccover

Answered: Andrea Boren on December 16, 2014

You can change the music.

Answered: Rebecca Tweed on September 27, 2019

The music is not that bad. Its lets everyone know their alone until the host arrives There are 5 different choices and the host can change to anyone the 5 songs in the settings menu. I prefer never gonna give you up by Rick Astley. Lol

Question on: Gmelius
[Gmelius helps me to share my work and connect my team!](/discussions/gmelius-helps-me-to-share-my-work-and-connect-my-team)

I love sharing my inbox with my team, which allows us to coordinate our job better! This tool is super helpfull to use along with Gmail to keep the labels for each client in just one place.

Hi Lina, Lina from Gmelius here :) Thanks a lot for taking the time and reviewing Gmelius. We highly appreciate your kind words and couldn't be happier to hear that Gmelius helps you better organize your workflows. As always, we are just an email away if you need anything. Kind regards, Lina

Please everyone should be careful and stop being fooled by all these brokers and account managers, they scammed me over $230k of my investment capital, they kept on requesting extra funds before a withdrawal request can be accepted and processed, in the end, I lost all my money. All efforts to reach out to their customer support desk got declined, I found it very hard to move on. God so kind I followed a broadcast review about a recovery specialist called Gavin ray that helps scammed victims to recover their fund, I contacted his email provided for consultation, I got feedback after some hours and I was asked to provide all legal details concerning my investment, I did exactly what they instructed me to do without delay, to my greatest surprise I was able to recover my money back including my profit which my capital generated. I said I will not hold this to myself but share it with the public so that all scammed victims can get back their funds too, you can contact him on Email: gavinray78@gmail.com or WhatsApp +1 860 800 9185 trusted and reliable.

Answered: Garry Williams on November 23, 2021

Recovering your lost bitcoin or funds as the case might be, is not what you can do alone, you’d require the service of a trained specialist. A recovery specialist is a person or a group of people who are well equipped to work around the crypto network. They have vast knowledge about the whole network and have the right software and private keys to follow any transaction. I was scammed $156k worth of Bitcoin in Binary option, good thing I got every penny back through the help of Gavin ray he’s a genius Contact MAIL : Gavinray78 @gmail.com WHATSAPP :+1 860 800 9185 It is also important to be patient and really calm during the process.

Question on: Dialpad Connect
[Does anyone use UberConference as their main tool?](/discussions/does-anyone-use-uberconference-as-their-main-tool)

Most people I've encountered using UberConf only use it as a side tool. Curious to know how it functions as a day-to-day primary!

I do. I like that it can call out to participants if I choose, and that it takes notes for me. Also, the integration with Google Calendar is really helpful.

Answered: Dianne Morad on June 16, 2020

I use UberConference for all conference calls. It integrates with my CRM, which is Hubspot, so I can easily schedule calls through there and have the details automatically sent out to participants. It also has a great iOS app. I am happy with it and cannot think of any problems that have arisen using it.

Answered: Eric Seifert on November 21, 2019

I always use it for new clients when it comes to setting up conference phone calls.

Answered: Steven Duran on November 21, 2019

I use it and it is great.

Answered: Ntombikayise Bhengu on November 21, 2019

We do. We have used the free version for about a year but will likely upgrade to the paid version soon for more customization options. We like that it is so easy for users to join. We don't have to do a "training session" to get them connected. Much easier than others we've used in the past.

Answered: Lisa Dye on December 5, 2019

I purchased the upgraded version. I am so disappointed. The audio works fine but the video conferencing breaks up. I used it at multiple locations and it is consistently poor. When I tried to get my money back they refused. Do not use this service. Zoom is the way to go.

Answered: Mary Tan on May 28, 2020

I do and love it. I use the paid version because of the customization and my own local number.

Answered: Joe Michaels on November 21, 2019

Like the others here, I find it's a great audioconferencing solution. Even with smaller 1-on-1 calls, I like it as a failsafe way to have the other person on the line if wireless service drops. I have also suggested and use it with clients.

Answered: Jim Patterson on May 26, 2020

I try to use UberConference as my primary video conference tool. Since it comes free and I don't typically have more than 10 people on a call, I chose not to buy myself a Zoom license as many of my coworkers did. I think the video and audio quality is solidly between Google Hangouts (which I find very lackluster) and Zoom (which is the gold standard IMO).

Answered: Matt Litchfield on May 28, 2020

I use it for all audio conference and screen sharing day to day. Also, I have weekly company meetings scheduled to dial out to the team.

Answered: Brandon Svec on November 21, 2019

Absolutely. It is our go to for conference calls!
