Question on: FloristWare
[Does FloristWare outsource support to call centers?](/discussions/does-floristware-outsource-support-to-call-centers)

With other systems I have been frustrated talking to support centers that clearly don't know much about the product. Does FloristWare outsource to call centers like this?

All support is handled by full time FloristWare employees. They are experts on FloristWare and all had many years of experience in the flower business before coming to work with us.

Question on: FloristWare
[Are there any contracts or commitments?](/discussions/are-there-any-contracts-or-commitments)

Do I have to sign a contract or make any other commitments to use FloristWare?

There are no contracts or commitments with FloristWare. We want florists to use FloristWare because they want to, not because they are trapped by a contract.

Question on: Details Flowers Software
[Are the templates adequate to show the individuality of the company?](/discussions/33057-are-the-templates-adequate-to-show-the-individuality-of-the-company)

What do you do specifically to customize the proposal to your business? Any other helpful tips would be greatly appreciated!

Some business proposals and adequacy of templates are being talked about here by some people, so if there is anyone who would like to know more about it then this is it. I have tried working with https://masterbundles.com/graphics/patterns/flower/ as it is a great example to look for a wide range of Flower Pattern Images for decoration purposes.

That is true with any floral software you use. The header of the proposal will have your business name, address, phone and email address. All the branding will be that of your business (and not of the software).
