What is the best way to review where applicants are in the process without clicking into records?

Hi James, I recommend viewing your pipelines per position in either the "Applicants" or "Candidates" tabs. This will show you a high level view of who is in what bucket as well as what has been completed on that person. Try following these steps: Click on "jobs" in the upper left hand corner Select the job title you are looking to view the pipeline of Within that role you should see "applicants" and "candidates" tabs (along with Hires, Declined, and Details). When viewing the pipelines in either applicants or candidates you should see that broader overview it sounds like you are looking for. I only need to see the status in real time

Great question! ERIN has abilities to show updates in real time, however updates are controlled by your administrators and depending on how they are using our product they may not show updates until later in the hiring process.
