Our platform is used to recognize a variety of workforces including front-line hourly, sales, remote/international and your traditional salaried employees.

Fond is an agile software company that launches new features every quarter. We don't manufacture merchandise or run a gift card company, nor do we have any revenue dependence from the variety of fulfillment partners we work with. Whether it's our easily configurable platform, approach to customer success, or our transparent business model, our goal is to be easy to work with.
