Question on: Blink
[is there a way to set a folder up on the blink that only selected people can see](/discussions/is-there-a-way-to-set-a-folder-up-on-the-blink-that-only-selected-people-can-see)

is there a way to set a folder up with blink with files in that you only want people with certain access in the company to be able to see and have access to?

Hi Robert, thanks for your question. Absolutely! Blink runs on the concept of teams and users will only see content (including folders) that is shared with the teams they are part of within the organisation. So in your example, an Admin user can create a team with the selected users and then share a folder to just them. Only the users in that new team will have access to view content within the folder. Hope that helps! Timea from Blink

Question on: Workvivo
[I'm trying to use Workvivo for internal communications, but I'm not sure how to engage my team effectively. Any suggestions?](/discussions/i-m-trying-to-use-workvivo-for-internal-communications-but-i-m-not-sure-how-to-engage-my-team-effectively-any-suggestions)

I'm trying to use Workvivo for internal communications, but I'm not sure how to engage my team effectively. Any suggestions?

You can add tag the team member for any important updates. The team will be able to see the update and acknowledge the same by commenting on the post. For internal communications, slack works best with the Workvivo for personally messaging the team members

Answered: Siddesh Deshmukh on January 27, 2025

Since workvivo is so versitile, one of the best ways to engage people is by adding content and info your team needs to know and wants to know. Example classes your company does, recordings and scripts or the classes you post. Especially the scripts you create, share them that way so you can have your members do a Q&A based on the documents or videos you posted. Good Luck!

Don’t over-polish your posts. Write like you’d talk in a meeting — short, friendly, and clear.

Encourage Active Participation: Regularly post updates, questions, and polls to invite team members to share their thoughts and feedback. 2. Create Interactive Content: Use videos, quizzes, and challenges to make interactions more engaging and fun. 4. Question on: DSMN8
[What is DSMN8 used for?](/discussions/what-is-dsmn8-used-for)

What is DSMN8 used for?

Hi there! Thanks for reaching out. DSMN8 is an employee advocacy tool. DSMN8 centralises your company's content and allows your employees to locate and share it with ease. Companies typically leverage employee advocacy to benefit their marketing, employer branding, and sales efforts, but it can positively impact all areas of a business. I'd suggest checking out the 90-second demo that's available on our G2 page for more information, but we're always on hand if you want to reach out to us directly!

Answered: Lewis Gray on December 4, 2023

DSMN8 is an app based platform that empowers employees to become company influencers by sharing company approved company content, onto their own social media channels.

Answered: Waqqar Khalid on December 9, 2023

DSMN8 is solid for companies that want employees actively sharing approved content instead of just relying on official company pages. The real value comes from authentic reach people trust posts from coworkers more than branded corporate accounts.

Answered: john willsom on June 20, 2026

As I know, DSMN8 is a tool designed for employee advocacy. Businesses use it to distribute marketing content to employees so they can share it across their personal social networks. This helps amplify the company’s message, improve brand visibility, and generate more authentic engagement compared to traditional corporate posts. https://snake-game.io
