If caller ID is displayed we will have a higher percentage of call acceptance. Unfortunately with your own phone number we are unable to modify the caller ID display name. However, we'd highly recommend getting one of our vanity phone numbers, with these you'll be able to update the CNAM (the technical term for Caller ID display). This way you can get a local phone number and then modify the name to display as your organization. If you need any help with this please call us 7 days a week a 800-928-2086!
