At the moment we run reports on our scheduling system and then someone has to complete the data entry process of adding new volunteers and members manually every month. If there were an easier way to weekly import the changes, that would save us a huge amount of time. Hi Ellen, yes definitely we integrate with a wide variety of platforms. If you go to our website at DialMyCalls.com, then under the "Features" tab in the top menu, you'll see "Integrations", click that. From there you'll see all the ways you can integrate our automated calls and text messages into many different kinds of software. Our contact management system lets you organize your contacts into different groups. This way if you need to send a message to only one or specific multiple groups you can easily do so. Answered: David Batchelor on October 17, 2019 Yes, very easily. I send notices annually to customers and follow them up with Dial My Calls. I have them named by month. Each year I just have to add the new ones to the right group. I even use the same message each year, so I don't have to re-record the message.
