What are some of the ways to integrate other software.
While I have not used this feature, there are ways to integrate with other apps. The "Help" feature can answer questions. Plus, if you click on "Contact Us" you can send a message, and the message window also gives you their phone number.

Question on: Text-Em-All
are there tutorials anywhere?
There is a 'Help' feature on the website that answers many questions, and you can contact a support person easily through a site form under 'Contact Us'. The form also includes a phone number. It was very easy to get started and setup.

Question on: DialMyCalls
Why don't my missed calls go to voicemail?
Several of our parishioners say that when they missed our automated calls, that no message is left. We'd like them to receive the messages since we are charged for them.

When you are setting up the message, make sure that the option to use answering machine detection is selected. Without it, the call is dropped without leaving a message.

I have had the same comment from church members but later when they check their voicemail it is actually there. Turn on voicemail recognition and ask them to wait a couple minutes for the vm to show up.
