Could you write that in to your next upgrade? The TTS voice is something that's actually outside of the Regroup platform and may be different based on any integrations you're using and the vendor that is delivering the message in your area. We passed this information along to our Product Team and they plan to open a discussion with our vendor(s) to determine if the speed is something that can be modified. Hi William, here's a response from our Customer Success Team. Please reach out to them directly at success@regroup.com if you'd like their help with implementing any of these options: We have a variety of features both planned and in production that can enable you to automate the deleting of contacts. First, CSV/API Processing Styles allow for the automated deletion of contacts based on their exclusion from an import or through use of the ‘00000’ command in the GroupID Field. In a future release, we will also introduce 'Floating Contacts' to automate the deletion of contacts who don't belong to groups at scheduled times. Regroup is also working to introduce a subscription policy to automatically reach out to people who have self-subscribed to your groups to confirm whether they want to remain subscribed on a preset schedule.
