Our company needs to block somebody on Gmail. Is this something we can do? Would like to block from our whole domain but even if it's just one email that's ok.

We have an option to block an email by simply selecting the "More" options after opening a mail. You will be shown a list of options from the dropdown, where we have the option "Block "sdfjhsfgg"" for the received mail. We also have filter options in the gmail settings too which we can use to filter the mails which you are receiving from a particular mail id or domain.

Is ProtonMail legitimate?

Yes, I have been on their paid plan for a few years now. I highly recommend their services. They now have a cloud drive and a great VPN as well.
