[What is the best software for managing and storing email templates?](/discussions/what-is-the-best-software-for-managing-and-storing-email-templates)

Hi everyone! Looking at data on the [**Email Template Builder**](https://www.g2.com/categories/email-template-builder) category page, **Constant Contact, ActiveCampaign, Dotdigital, Brevo Marketing Platform, and Braze** seem to be strong choices for teams prioritizing **managing and storing email templates**. See below for my top software list.

1. [**Constant Contact**](https://www.g2.com/products/contactpigeon/reviews) is an email marketing platform with a template designer and saved template management, making it easy to create branded layouts and keep a reusable library for future campaigns.
2. [**ActiveCampaign**](https://www.g2.com/products/activecampaign/reviews) is a marketing automation suite that lets you build, save, and govern templates across campaigns and automations, so teams can standardize designs while controlling access and edits.
3. [**Dotdigital**](https://www.g2.com/products/dotdigital/reviews) is a customer engagement platform whose editor supports a template library you can save to and reuse repeatedly—helpful for maintaining brand consistency across teams and programs.
4. [**Brevo**](https://www.g2.com/products/brevo-marketing-platform/reviews) is an approachable marketing platform with template creation, sharing/importing, and a brand library for reusable assets—useful for storing and rolling out consistent modules at scale.
5. **Braze** is a customer engagement platform with an email template editor and APIs to create/list **templates** , plus Content Blocks for reusable headers/footers—solid for centrally managing and reusing templates across campaigns.

What do you think? Based on your experiences, are there other options that I should consider? I want to know what the G2 community believes is the best option for users. Thanks!

Anyone considered Mailchimp? Have looked at a few like ActiveCampaign and Brevo. DotDigital supports a lot more than email, I think even Whatsapp, web, etc..

We found that tools with content blocks or modules were much more useful than just saving full templates. Being able to reuse sections like headers, footers, and product grids saved a lot of time.

One thing we learned is that storing templates is easy, but keeping them usable over time is the hard part. Without clear naming conventions and structure, your library turns into a mess pretty quickly.

I was also looking at this free software list to choose from! https://www.g2.com/categories/email-template-builder/free

Constant Contact was probably the easiest for our team to get started with, especially for non-designers. But once we needed more control over branding, we started to feel some limitations. It works really well early on, but can feel a bit restrictive as you scale.

I used ActiveCampaign for most emails. Dotdigital also performed better across inboxes, so ideally both were good.

Question on: Constant Contact
[What are the best platforms for managing event sponsorships?](/discussions/what-are-the-best-platforms-for-managing-event-sponsorships)

I came across a few top-rated options in the [event marketing](https://www.g2.com/categories/event-marketing) space on G2 and wanted to get input from folks who’ve used these to manage sponsorships. We’re looking for something that balances attendee engagement with sponsor visibility and makes it easier to handle logistics without too much manual work.

- [Constant Contact](https://www.g2.com/products/constant-contact/reviews) – Known for its email marketing strength, but does it cover sponsor management well?
- [Eventbrite](https://www.g2.com/products/eventbrite/reviews) – Great for ticketing and promotion, but how flexible is it for sponsor activations?
- [Cvent Event Marketing & Management](https://www.g2.com/products/cvent-event-marketing-management/reviews) – Strong enterprise features. Is it overkill for mid-sized events?
- [Webex Events & Webinars](https://www.g2.com/products/webex-events-webinars/reviews) – Cisco-backed with virtual event capabilities. How good is the sponsor experience?
- [GoTo Webinar](https://www.g2.com/products/goto-webinar/reviews) – Easy setup and wide adoption. Does it provide enough analytics for sponsor ROI?
- [BigMarker](https://www.g2.com/products/bigmarker/reviews) – Flexible webinars and virtual conferences. Is sponsor integration smooth?

If you’ve organized events with any of these, which platform did you find most effective for securing and managing sponsorships? Were there trade-offs or surprises along the way? I’d love to hear what worked best in real-world use. Thank you!

When you say events do you mean webinars?

Goldcast is definitely a good one! ON24 is also a very highly recommended one. I think you can also use social media platforms directly to cast live or record and upload such as YouTube or LinkedIn of course.

I guess it depends on the objectives, levels of capabilities you need and what kind of scale it is. If it's an enterprise wide thing, you probably want something more comprehensive especially with integrations with a CRM.

Question on: ActiveCampaign
[How should I best integrate (if at all) my Active Campaign with Google Analytics?](/discussions/activecampaign-for-marketing-how-should-i-best-integrate-if-at-all-my-active-campaign-with-google-analytics)

I'm interested in seeing how email subscribers continue to use my content and website even after they've signed up for a lead magnet

Use ActiveCampaign + Google Analytics together — ActiveCampaign tracks email performance, while Google Analytics tracks what users do after clicking the email.
