Although some of your existing mapping information can be repurposed, a full mapping of all your connections will need to be built in Babelway. We understand this task may seem daunting, but we have done the same for hundreds of customers. With your help, it can go very quickly (sometimes by duplicating work for trading partners that share the same map, for example). Babelway offers a number of tools to get the job done right—on-demand training, extensive help guides, and an overzealous support team.

Babelway can connect to any retailer. We have helped customers establish connections with most of the major retailers around the world, especially with those in North America and Europe. That said, connection requirements are specific to each retailer. With a supplier agreement in place, a retailer will generally provide you with the unique information you will need to set up corresponding connections in Babelway.

Our point-and-click mapping feature may be the simplest and most user friendly on the market, but it still requires a human touch. That’s because even the most universal of business documents—like invoices—can be quite different from one to the next. That said, you can get a head start on new partner on-boarding by searching through and using our growing catalog of predefined connections. Plus, when you build a new connection with an existing partner, reuse your own work so you never have to start from scratch again.
